WHAT IS THE SETUP PROCESS IF I WANT TO START AN ONLINE STORE?

First send us a logo of what you’d like to see on the apparel. We can help you select apparel based on your end users needs (ie Business, School or Athletic Team). Once we set the store up we can add embedded (hidden) upcharge if you want to fundraise. That rebate is sent back to your organization via a check upon store closure. Upon the stores launch, orders are collected during a defined store opening period (recommended 1 - 2.5 weeks based on group size). Once the store closes, production & order processing is a 3-5 week lead time. We pack & ship from our Waltham distribution center and can also offer local free delivery upon request

How long before I receive my order?

All orders are processed when the store closes, not as they are received. Your order will be shipped or distributed within 20 business days from the day the store closed. If an item you purchased is unavailable from the manufacturer you will be automatically refunded and notified via e-mail of any changes to your order.

Can I make a change to my order?

You are able to make changes to your order as long as the store is still open.  Please contact us here. Include your order number, last name, and any other pertinent information as well as the change that you would like to make.

WHY DID I GET AN E-MAIL WITH A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?

If you received an e-mail receipt with a change to your order it is because the item(s)  ordered are either unavailable from the manufacturer or the minimum quantity that item was not met. You will notice the change to the order total and the amount will be credited to the card you used to complete the purchase.

What size should I order?

Size charts are available for most items on the Web Stores. The link to the size charts is located just below the drop-down menus to choose size and quantity. Many groups, but not all, will request sample kits for your convenience. Please contact the person in your group who set up the store regarding the availability of samples.​ Samples are NOT available at the retail store.

What is the return policy?

Due to the custom nature of the apparel all sales are final. We do not stock or print extra of any Web Store items, all of the products are made to order.
